  • Local Orders (Ireland):
    For customers in Ireland, we aim to fulfill orders from our Angels Love Holistic Centre or the nearest Irish hub. If an item is unavailable locally, it will be routed from one of our EU hubs or the next closest hub, ensuring timely and affordable delivery.
  • International Orders (50+ Countries):
    Customers across our delivery network will receive their orders from the nearest AngelShop.ie hub. Our global network of fulfillment centers, including hubs in the EU and beyond, ensures fast and reliable shipping to your location.
  • Express Delivery Included:
    Where available, we offer express delivery at no extra cost. Please note that express delivery applies from the date your order ships. Our average processing time is 1.5 working days; however, during busy periods, it may take slightly longer.
  • Multiple Hubs, One Order:
    If your order includes items stocked at multiple hubs, you may receive separate shipments. Delivery costs for each shipment will be clearly displayed during checkout.
  • Track Your Order:
    You can track your order with live updates directly from your AngelShop.ie account.

Where will my order be sent from ?

Your order will be sent from the closest AngelShop.ie hub that has the items in stock.

  • For Customers in Ireland:
    Whenever possible, your order will be fulfilled from our Angels Love Holistic Centre or an Irish-based hub. If an item is unavailable locally, it will be routed from one of our EU hubs or the next closest available location.
  • For International Customers:
    We have a network of fulfillment centers across Europe and other regions. Orders are shipped from the nearest hub to your delivery address to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Our advanced fulfillment system automatically routes your order to the closest hub with stock availability, helping us reduce delivery times and keep shipping costs low.

How long does it take for delivery ?

The delivery time depends on your location and the hub fulfilling your order:

  • Ireland:
    Orders fulfilled from our Irish hubs typically arrive within 1–3 working days from the date of shipping.
  • Europe:
    Orders fulfilled from our EU hubs usually take 2–5 working days for delivery.
  • Worldwide:
    Delivery times vary by destination and typically range between 5–10 working days.
  • Processing Time:
    Our average processing time is 1.5 working days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we will always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible.
  • Express Delivery:
    Where available, express delivery is included at no extra cost and ensures faster delivery once your order ships.

How do I track my delivery ?

Tracking your delivery with AngelShop.ie is simple and convenient:

  • Email Updates:
    You’ll receive email notifications when your order is dispatched and as it moves through our network or our courier’s network.
  • Live Tracking:
    Track your order live on AngelShop.ie using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email.
  • Flexible Delivery Options in Ireland:
    For orders within Ireland, we offer a “Not Home” service through our couriers. If you’re unavailable to receive your delivery, you can easily reschedule or have your order redirected to one of hundreds of convenient pick-up locations across the country. This way, you’ll never miss your spiritual fix!
  • Maximum Convenience:
    To make tracking even easier, your dispatch email will include links to both our internal tracking system and the courier’s website, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

With these options, you’ll always know exactly where your order is and when to expect its arrival.

What do i do if i get a missed delivey card ?

If you receive a missed delivery card, don’t worry! Our couriers make it easy to retrieve your order:

  • Follow the Instructions on the Card:
    The card will provide clear instructions on how to reschedule your delivery or arrange for your order to be sent to a nearby pick-up location.
  • Reschedule Your Delivery:
    You can choose a new delivery date and time that suits you better, ensuring you don’t miss out on receiving your order.
  • Pick-Up Locations:
    If rescheduling isn’t convenient, you can collect your order from one of the hundreds of designated pick-up locations throughout the country.

What Should I Do If My Order Says Delivered but I Haven’t Received It?

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, here’s what to do:

- Check Your Order Confirmation Email:

- Review the expected delivery date provided in your confirmation email.
- Keep in mind that your order may be shipped in multiple parcels, which might arrive at different times.

- Check Your Dispatch Email:

- When your order is dispatched, we send an email with the delivery date and parcel tracking details. Use the tracking link in the email to check the status of your order on the courier’s website.

- Access Your Account for Updates:

- If you can’t access your email, log in to the 'Order History' section of 'My Account' on AngelShop.ie for the latest details.

- Check for a Missed Delivery Attempt:
- If the courier attempted delivery but you weren’t available, they will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a pick-up location.

- Still Can’t Find Your Order?
- Contact our Customer Support team for assistance. We’ll investigate the issue and ensure your order is located and delivered to you as quickly as possible.

I only recieved part of my order

If you’ve only received part of your order, don’t worry! Here’s what to do:

- Check Your Order Confirmation Email:
- Your items may have been shipped in separate parcels. Review your confirmation email to see if your order has been split.

- Check Your Dispatch Email
- Each parcel in your order will have its own dispatch email with tracking information. Use these details to track any remaining items.

- Log In to Your Account:
- Visit the 'Order History' section of 'My Account' on AngelShop.ie to check the status of all items in your order.

- Still Missing Items?
- If all parcels have been delivered but you’re still missing items, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance. We’ll investigate and ensure any missing items are sent to you as quickly as possible.
